Pickup Instructions
- Please be prepared for pickup at your hotel reception at the designated time. Punctuality is essential to maintain the tour schedule.
Reminders:
- Participants must be at least 12 years old to join without a guardian. Younger children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Comfortable attire, including long trousers, is recommended.
- Programs may change without prior notice due to navigational and security restrictions. While the sequence may vary, all visits will be maintained. Sunny Land Tours is not liable for these changes.
- Our prices are based on current fuel, entrance fees, and VAT rates. These are subject to sudden governmental increases, and we reserve the right to adjust our rates to cover any such changes.
Cancellation Policy
- From the date of booking until 61 days before arrival: 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
- Domestic flight cancellations are subject to airline fees.
